SOFT BUN

600 gm tepung roti
20 gm yis
60 gm gula
5 gm garam
2 biji telur
100 gm butter
200 gm susu segar / 100gm susu tepung + 200gm air (l/k)

ROTI PUTIH
Bahan:

30 gm yis
100 gm gula
20 gm garam

200 gm air

RYE BREAD
